Agreement and Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between players ("User" or "Player") who access and use the mmkjl website (mmkjl.wine) and the mmkjl platform ("we").

Account Registration and Management

Account Suspension
mmkjl may suspend an account or place a hold on funds without prior notice in the following situations —
- If a breach of the Terms and Conditions is found
- If duplicate accounts are found
- If fraud or gambling-related legal violations are found
- If attempts to abuse bonuses in bad faith are found
Deposit Withdrawal Terms
Deposits and withdrawals on the mmkjl platform can be made through the methods listed below. All financial transactions will be processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks).

Withdrawal Process
When requesting a withdrawal, the player must submit the request through their account service. The balance will not be frozen during the review period — funds will be transferred within 10 to 45 minutes after the review is complete.
Withdrawals will only be processed using the same payment method used for the deposit. Currency conversions are not permitted. Withdrawal cancellations can only be made while the request is still pending — completed transfers cannot be reversed.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
All bonuses and promotions offered by mmkjl are subject to the specific terms stated here — please read carefully.
First Deposit Bonus (120%)
On your first deposit, you will receive a bonus of 120% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after wagering 10 times the bonus amount.
- Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 24,000 Ks bonus → balance 44,000 Ks → must wager 24,000 Ks × 10 = 240,000 Ks
- Example 2 — Deposit 840,000 Ks → receive 500,000 Ks bonus → balance 1,340,000 Ks → must wager 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks
General Bonus Withdrawal Terms
- The bonus will be given only once per individual player and per household.
- The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
- If our review finds that bonuses have been abused in bad faith, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.

- Check each promotion to see whether different bonuses can be combined at the same time.
General Gaming Policy
Fair Play
Game outcomes on the mmkjl platform are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that cannot be influenced in advance by players or by us.
Players should make their own decisions when playing. If third-party software, bots, or cheating tools are found to be in use, winnings and the account will be suspended immediately.
Prohibition on Collusion
Players are strictly prohibited from colluding, chip dumping, or exploiting the platform in any dishonest way. If such activity is found, winnings may be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
Prohibition on Money Laundering
Players found to be using this platform for any money laundering purpose will have their funds and accounts immediately suspended, and the matter will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
VIP Level and Cashback Policy
The mmkjl VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up in tier based on their play history and activity.

Weekly Cashback — earn back up to 0.5% of the total amount wagered.
🥈 Silver
Weekly Cashback — earn back up to 1.0% of the total amount wagered.
🥇 Gold
Weekly Cashback — earn back up to 1.5% of the total amount wagered.
Cashback will be credited in cash after the week's play is complete, and the cashback received can be withdrawn without any additional wagering requirement. Please note that VIP tiers and cashback eligibility may be adjusted by us at any time.
Liability Limitations
Service Suspension
The service may be temporarily interrupted due to technical maintenance, server issues, or causes beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any player losses that occur during such periods.
Third-Party Links
mmkjl is not responsible for any losses or personal data breaches that occur through links or third-party websites appearing on this platform.
